Hello, recently there have been a lot of spam by private message.

People create characters and place them in thais depot, boat or adventurers guild.

They automatically send a private message to every player that passes, suggesting them to buy things for real life currency or in game currency, which is a security concern.

Can we somehow rewrite the rules of the server, do not allow spamming?

Ignoring the players does not work in OTC, as you have seen in the seperate bug report thread.

Any ideas? I cant be the only one who doesnt want to get spammed?

There is no bug in the permanent ignore, it works on both otc and client 10

No it does not work, every time you restart the client you can be be sent 1 PM before it gets ignored. (or you have to unignore and then ignore) so it does not work

If you dont check the permanent ignore box, it will come back
